Group Sessions

Group classes are for Reformer and Balanced Body Barre. For group Reformer you must have prior training and approval from the instructor to participate. Barre requires no prior training. Please refer to the calendar for regularly scheduled group classes and the image below for pricing and contact information. (the column for “group” is a non-equipment class and “reformer” is a group reformer class).

Private Sessions

Reserve the studio just for you for a  30 minute or 1 hour session. These sessions can be for therapeutic or preparatory purposes. Reservations and cancellations are made and confirmed through text to the instructor. Please review the image above for pricing structures and contact information:

Duets and More

Customized sessions are available for 2 people or more. For instance: friends and family, a like-minded sports group desiring training together. Please contact us for pricing and scheduling.

Release, Reset and Relax workshop @ Gulf Coast Pilates
Feb 26 @ 9:00 am

A Gulf Coast Pilates continuing ed workshop. A half-day of learning and experiencing techniques to address connective tissue issues. Using equipment and props to find resistance in the entire body then release it to re-set and relax!

Highly recommended that the student bring a 4′ 6″ foam roller. If not, let the instructor know and we will provide you with one. All other equipment and props will be provided. Workbook also supplied.
